Volkman Featherglow Soak & Simmer

Directions: Soak in cold water overnight. Drain and rinse, add one part mix to two parts boiling water. When water returns to a boil, reduce heat and simmer while covered. Cook, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender. Drain and cool before serving. Refrigerate any unused portion.

Ingredients: Soybeans, Paddy Rice, Whole Wheat, Alaskan Green Peas, Small Yellow Corn, White Peas, Popcorn, Pearl Barley, Oat Groats, Red Lentils, Split Green Peas, Split Yellow Peas, White Corn, Baby Green Lima Beans, Small Red Beans, Black Turtle Beans, Red Kidney Beans, Pinto Beans, Blackeye Peas, Buckwheat, White Northern Beans.
