Shipping Charges

At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). For those customers local to us, we do offer "by appointment only" pickup. The shipping charges are dependent on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method you select.

The shipping charges calculated during checkout are accurate for small orders, those less than 70 pounds and safely fitting into one box. Larger orders, those over 70 pounds or those requiring multiple boxes to safely ship, may not have accurate shipping charges due to how the shipping calculator divides the products into different boxes.

If the actual shipping cost is more than 10% greater than the quoted shipping charges we will contact you with the correct charges prior to processing your order. If the actual shipping cost is more than 10% less than the quoted shipping charges we will refund you the difference.

Payment

For online payments, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Your payment transaction is protected by SSL (an encryption technology for the secure transmission of data). Your credit card information is transmitted directly to our processing partner PayPal. It is not stored on our web servers or database servers. PayPal transactions are protected by the security measures in place at the PayPal web site.

If you prefer, we will also gladly accept your credit card payment by phone. During Checkout, on the Payment Information page, simply select the Check/Money Order Payment Method then call us at (717) 957-4241 with your credit card information (please have your order number ready).

We also accept checks and money orders. Make the Check/Money order payable to Castle Enterprises and mail to: PO Box 61588, Harrisburg, PA 17106-1588. Please Note: this payment option will delay shipment of your order until the payment is received by us and cleared by the bank.

Shipping & Delivery

The delivery dates provided are "estimates" for the shipping option you choose. Pending confirmation of payment, orders Placed before 6:00 PM EST. will normally ship the next business day.

Pickup

If you select the "Pickup" shipping method, you must contact us at (717) 957-4241 to arrange for a pickup appointment. Credit card or cash payment is required at pickup unless pre-approved for check purchases.
